During the selling process, she coached us about the home improvements we should make (and not make) before selling, and she was incredibly patient in working with our difficult buyers. Jennifer was incredible to work with and we definitely plan to use her again. She helped us to navigate the competitive Marin County real estate market. We looked at several homes and ultimate purchased a short sale. Jennifer guided us through the short sale process which we had never done before. She was prompt with paperwork and getting us the necessary information in time. When it came to the home inspection, she actually stayed on-site with us the entire time during the inspection.
